Zengineers

Zengineers are something like a syndicate. Out of a mutual faible for philosophy, far-eastern aesthetics, urbanity and the abundance of musical forms of expression, "Phour Trakk" and "Sick-E" decided to form a duo which sets out to make the cinema superflous by means of music. Using stylistic elements from jazz, downbeat, drum'n'bass, ambient, world-music and pop, they project their epic silver-screen works directly into your conscience, reliably transporting you to exotic worlds with high humidity as well as cold concrete jungles illuminated by glaring neon-lights.

Roberto Iacurci has been constantly working with the Zengineers since 2009. In early 2011, The Zengineers composed the musical soundtrack to Roberto Iacurci's interactive film 'Katrina'. Roberto almost exclusively uses tracks made by the Zengineers in his production of actor and presenting showreels!
