'Blacklist' starring Benjamin Meddes as 'Death' and Paul Scicluna as 'Angel' was Roberto Alfonso Iacurci's first film production.
Death and Angel enter a psychological battle manifested in a game of chess that is more than just a friendly game. Every piece taken by death results in the loss of human lives. Can angel stop death's killing spree? or will death continue to Blacklist the human race from existence?
Blacklist Headlined the Angel Film Festival in September 2009 gaining fantastic reviews from the audience and the organisers from the event. Since then Blacklist has been entered for many more film festivals. Most recently, Blacklist was awarded the 'Best Film' award by the jury at CEllesty International Film Festival in 2010. Blacklist also came in the top 10 for the Dragon Award for new talent at the 2010 Goteburg International Film Festival held in Sweden.
